SHIPPING POLICY

At Veloura Beauty US, we are committed to providing a smooth and reliable shopping experience. By placing an order through our website, you agree to the terms outlined in this Shipping Policy.


1. ORDER PROCESSING TIMES

All orders are processed within 4–10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment has been successfully received and verified.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

During periods of high demand, promotional events, holidays, inventory audits, or carrier delays, processing times may be extended.

Veloura Beauty US reserves the right to delay or cancel orders for:

  • fraud prevention,
  • payment verification,
  • inventory shortages,
  • address verification,
  • or other operational reasons.

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent via email where available.


2. ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES

Estimated delivery times begin after order processing is completed.

Estimated shipping times:

  • United States: 7–15 business days
  • International Orders: 10–25 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Shipping times may vary due to:

  • carrier delays,
  • customs inspections,
  • weather conditions,
  • peak shipping periods,
  • local delivery disruptions,
  • or circumstances beyond our control.

Veloura Beauty US is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, or external events once an order has been shipped.


3. MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS

Orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate packages and on different delivery dates depending on product availability, warehouse processing, and carrier operations.

Additional shipping charges will not apply for split shipments unless otherwise stated during checkout.


4. SHIPPING ADDRESS ACCURACY

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping and billing information provided at checkout is accurate and complete.

If you believe you entered an incorrect shipping address, you must contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.

Once an order enters processing, we cannot guarantee modifications to shipping details or cancellations.

Veloura Beauty US is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrectly provided addresses submitted by the customer.


5. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders may only be canceled within 12 hours of placement.

After this period, orders may already be in processing and cannot be canceled.

Refusing delivery after shipment does not guarantee a refund.


6. UNDELIVERABLE, REFUSED, OR ABANDONED PACKAGES

Packages returned due to:

  • incorrect or incomplete shipping information,
  • failed delivery attempts,
  • refusal of delivery,
  • or failure to pay customs/import fees,

may be subject to:

  • return shipping charges,
  • reshipping fees,
  • processing fees,
  • and/or a restocking fee of up to 20% of the order value.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refunds for refused, abandoned, or undeliverable packages are not guaranteed.


7. LOST, STOLEN, OR DELIVERED PACKAGES

Veloura Beauty US is not responsible for packages marked as “Delivered” by the shipping carrier.

Once tracking confirms successful delivery to the address provided at checkout, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.

If your package is marked delivered but cannot be located, we recommend:

  1. Checking with neighbors or household members,
  2. Contacting the shipping carrier directly,
  3. Filing a claim with the carrier where applicable,
  4. Reporting suspected theft to local authorities.

We are not liable for:

  • stolen packages,
  • lost packages after confirmed delivery,
  • or incorrect deliveries caused by customer-provided address errors.

8. CUSTOMS, DUTIES & IMPORT TAXES

International customers are responsible for:

  • customs duties,
  • import taxes,
  • VAT,
  • brokerage fees,
  • and destination-country charges.

Veloura Beauty US is not responsible for customs delays, seized shipments, rejected imports, or additional fees imposed by customs authorities.

Failure to pay customs fees may result in:

  • delayed delivery,
  • returned shipments,
  • package abandonment,
  • or destruction by customs authorities.

Refunds in such cases are not guaranteed.


9. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Customers must inspect all orders immediately upon delivery.

If an item arrives:

  • damaged,
  • defective,
  • incorrect,
  • or incomplete,

you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

  • your order number,
  • a detailed description of the issue,
  • and clear photos of:
    • the item,
    • packaging,
    • shipping label,
    • and visible damage.

Failure to report issues within 48 hours may result in denial of your claim.

Veloura Beauty US reserves the right to determine eligibility for replacement, refund, or store credit.


10. RETURNS & REFUNDS

Returns and refunds are governed by our:

Opened, used, or unsealed beauty, skincare, and personal care products are not eligible for return due to hygiene and safety reasons.


11. TRACKING INFORMATION

Tracking updates may take several business days to appear after shipment.

Temporary tracking delays or periods without updates do not necessarily indicate that a package is lost.

Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking information after shipment.


12. OUT-OF-STOCK ITEMS

If an item becomes temporarily unavailable after purchase, Veloura Beauty US reserves the right to:

  • hold the order until inventory becomes available,
  • ship available items separately,
  • substitute a comparable item of equal value,
  • or issue a partial refund for unavailable items.

13. FORCE MAJEURE

Veloura Beauty US shall not be held liable for shipping delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • natural disasters,
  • severe weather,
  • pandemics,
  • labor disputes,
  • customs inspections,
  • transportation interruptions,
  • supply chain disruptions,

  • carrier delays,
  • or government restrictions.

14. FRAUD PREVENTION

  • refuse service,
  • cancel orders,
  • hold shipments,
  • or request additional verification

for orders suspected of:

  • fraud,

  • or reseller activity.
